Me and my wife spent almost 11 thousand dollars here as we both got new trucks her first truck ever she was excited! Hers the lift was not installed correctly still wobbles and used parts off another truck was charged for new.As for mine is terrible as well shakes and wobbles. We should get a refund nice people bad quality of workmanship both trucks are junk now as we can't drive them!! Now we have to spend more money at different shop to fix issues then see how we can legally get a refund.I could say alot more but I'm not that guy my wife is sad! Pride and integrity is what we wanted!!

I have to say, I never done a review before but I felt compelled to do one for Dealer Options. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners and he treated me with kindness and compassion for the work I wanted to have done to my mother’s vehicle. This owner came out of the office to my vehicle got on the ground to look at the work that was needed to be done gave me a quote he told me what the job would cost and kept his word on the price. The either team of people have been nothing but professional and courtesy to me and I’ve even gone back to do more business with them. I have no need to go anywhere else when it comes to taking care of my vehicles I’m a customer from this point on. Customer service is at the top of this companies list and it’s refreshing to work with people that feel the same. Thank you all for help!! See you soon

The best customer service in Augusta, Georgia - if you need anything done with your car, cosmetic or otherwise, this is the place to go. Ernie and his staff are exceptional… Better yet! “ The Bomb Diggity”

From start to finish my experience with Dealer Options was nothing short of exceptional. My particular experience was with Conner whom was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help achieve the modifications I was looking for. I have a Ford PowerBoost which turns out to be a fairly difficult vehicle to level due to all the technology. After a terrible experience with North Augusta Customs the Dealer Options team were able to remove/fix their mistakes and install the correct leveling kit for a truly level vehicle. If you own a Ford truck the team at Dealer Options knows exactly what to do, you are in good hands! Dealer Options is a family owned and operated business that cares strongly about their work and customer service. Thank you for a great experience!

Outstanding high quality work for a new spray in Bed liner for my son's 1992 F 150. I highly recommend. Fast, friendly, and very professional.
